Demo Description
This demo was created to demonstrate an omni-channel experience for a utilities customer. It shows the customer journey starting from the point of receiving a notification regarding the latest bill, and then showcases the option to view the bill on different channels such as mobile, video, and PDF document. This demo utilizes customer provided, mocked up data.
