The Precisely Demo Catalog is a website to assist in effectively portraying our reusable demo assets to sales teams and partners. The Demo Catalog consists of videos and content that present various industry related Precisely solutions. The Precisely Demo Catalog gives its audience an understanding of the approach and a high level list of Precisely products that were used to solve an industry business problem. The Precisely Demo Catalog can be used as a learning, onboarding, sales and marketing tool.

To obtain access to a demo please contact the appropriate presales manager. Contact information for each manager can be found by visiting the "Contact Us" page located in the footer of the demo site. The manager will assign a Sales Engineer to perform the demo.
In regards to reviewing submissions and uploading content to the catalog, the Precisely Demo Catalog Team (consisting of Joe Pulickal, Sarah Warren, and Angele Poirier) ) is the administrative contact.
Yes. Click on the video image to play the video. This will launch a new webpage with the video. On the video window, click on the three dots on the bottom right corner to download.
Submission FAQ
- Record a video (a walk-through of the demo).
- Fill out an online form. Once the content is submitted via the form, it will be reviewed and added to the demo catalog website.
You can go to the Demo Catalog Submission Form. Please reach out to Sarah Warren if you are not able to access it.
The first and second questions of the submission form will ask you to drop your video and the title/cover image directly to this SharePoint location.
We request our authors to keep the videos short and simple. Most videos are between 2-10 mins.
You may use any recording tool to record the video. Our content authors have used Powerpoint, Camtasia, FlashBack, etc. We have licenses for Camtasia, if you would like to get a copy please reach out to Angele Poirier.
For the purposes of this catalog, we are looking for more general, reusable content. In general, the video should be a walk-through of the demo (whether it be a voice over, or pop-up text with arrows). Please be sure to include details about why the demo was created and what business/technical pain point is being addressed by the solution. However, it is not necessary to include specific details, such as who the customer was or the name of the organization/s that this was presented to. Here is an example of an Address Capture Demo video.
The Precisely Demo Catalog is created with the purpose of sharing resources, so your video could be shared internally and with partners. If there is any content that is only for internal audience please mention it while you submit your content.
