Demo Description

This demo was created for the County of Sacramento. The ask was not very specific, so the demo revolved around a fictitious new citizen entering the county, understanding her needs and providing services to her. It also looks at integration of more advanced analytics, single view of departments/facilities, and personalized interactions with citizens. It integrates EngageOne Converse, and shows off some of the location intelligence/location data that we have as well.

This demo is meant to show why the single view of the citizen and single view of governmental services/departments is beneficial for BOTH the citizen and the county. It is not a good demo for an IT professional, but rather those thinking about bigger picture: “How can I improve my interactions with citizens, how can I better manage my staff and services?”
